Happy American Independence Day.
What does independence mean to you?
Today, the moon is transiting through the last 10 degrees of Gemini and the first few degrees of Cancer, a region of space that opposes the Galactic Center and has both Mercury and Venus’s north nodes in it.
We might feel good about ourselves today, thanks to a strong alignment between where we are and where we think/feel like we’re going.
Maybe this will give us the bravery to face the It’s also that’s also between Jupiter and the sun, so today is a very good day for inviting learning, asking for input, and being open to new directions that inspire your soul.
The moon waxing-squares Neptune at 4:44 PM and then enters Cancer today, the same sign as the sun, at 4:52 pm EST.
We might feel unsure about how to participate with the idea of “Freedom” tonight because of the moon’s aspect to Neptune, which we’ll understand as “how we fit into the changing world we live in today”.
We’ll have a new moon tomorrow.
Be prepared to feel lost when the moon enters Cancer, like you have no idea where you’re going.
What’s breaking down / dissolving and what new beginnings are taking shape in your life?
The reality we want to create also requires breathing room.
Trust that what you want wants you, but consider that if it doesn’t work out, it wasn’t supported spiritually so it not happening saves you from a worse experience.
Mars is within orb of its conjunction with Uranus, set to occur on July 15.
This begs the question, “how can you reconcile action with insight?”
ie: the ways we’ve failed to take action with the ways we’ve failed to see the deeper truth?
It’s an important esoteric teaching that our cracks are where the light gets in, and light is needed desperately in this darkening world of ours.
There will be a rise in tensions between ambition and beliefs and I believe the climax of confusion will occur between the two in the few days following the conjunction - between the 15th and the 20th.
After that, some fallacy that highlights a distortion in the entanglement between ambition and beliefs will break down; and people who aren’t committed to their denial will begin to open their eyes.
Back to our question, “What does Independence mean to you?”
I find that Independence is found in the bravery to face the truth of a situation and not let it control you anymore, to love the cracks not despite the fact that they’re a part of us, but because they let the light in.
Happy Independence Day,
Joshua
